This step will surely be one of the most joyful and touching events in your life. And we will do everything to make the path to your dream easy, clear, and filled with joy. 

How we build the acquaintance with your future friend:

1. Introduction and First Conversation. 

Write to us via your preferred messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Max) or call us. We’ll be happy to tell you about our kennel, answer any questions you have about the Italian Greyhound’s personality, and help you decide if you’re ready to welcome this gentle breed into your home.

2. Choosing a puppy or waiting for your dream. 

We’ll show you photos and videos of current litters and tell you about the parents' pedigrees. If there’s no suitable puppy currently available, you can submit a request for a future litter—we’ll be sure to take into account all your preferences regarding color and character.

3. Reservation is your first step towards a happy home. 

To secure your right to become a family for a specific puppy, we place them on reserve. A 30% deposit confirms your reservation. This means you are ready, and we begin preparing the puppy for your personal home. Please note that a deposit guarantees your reservation. If you change your mind, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the costs of preparing the puppy and the lost opportunity to reserve it for another potential owner. Weigh your decisions carefully 🙏 When you reserve a puppy early, you also have the opportunity to choose a name within the specified letter of the litter.

4. We prepare you, and you prepare the house. 

A few weeks before the baby’s move, we will send you a detailed checklist: what to buy, how to arrange the space, what food to choose, and how to prepare the apartment for the arrival of a little Italian Greyhound. We will also prepare all the documents (veterinary passport, birth certificate, contract, transfer certificate).

5. A Meeting to Remember Forever. 

When the puppy reaches 2.5–3 months of age (the exact age depends on its readiness), it will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and examined by a veterinarian. We will arrange a meeting day. You can pick up the puppy in person at the nursery (Sochi) or use our assistance in arranging safe delivery throughout Russia and the world.

6. Welcome to the big Italian Greyhound family! 

From now on, you’re not just an owner, you’re part of our friendly family. We’ll stay in touch forever! We have a cozy owners' club where we share successes, ask for advice, and sometimes meet with our graduates in Sochi and other cities.
